Should I involve my trainer before I send an inquiry?

Yes, we strongly encourage it. Involving your trainer early helps us evaluate fit from every angle and keeps communication clear, so you can make a well-supported decision.

Can I schedule a visit to meet a horse in person?

Absolutely. Once we confirm a horse is aligned with your goals, we can arrange a visit so you have time to observe, ask questions, and discuss next steps without pressure.

How do deposits work when I find the right match?

When you decide to move forward, we require a 25% deposit which holds your partner for a week, deposit is due Before scheduling a PPE and shipping, it is NOT due before meeting or trial riding.

Should shipping or transportation be discussed ahead of time?

Yes. Early transportation planning helps avoid rushed decisions and gives you a realistic timeline for travel, arrival, and transition so the move is smooth for both horse and rider.

What information helps TEEQUESTRIAN recommend the best horse for me?

Share your riding background, goals, trainer input, timeline, and budget range. The more context we have, the better we can suggest horses with the right education, temperament, and future fit.

Are all available horses appropriate for every rider?

Not always, and that honesty matters. Each horse has a specific stage of training and ideal rider profile, and we will tell you directly when a pairing is or is not the right fit.
